Join Naomi Riches, who won gold in the LTA mixed coxed four at London 2012, following bronze in Beijing in 2008, as she does 45 minutes steady state UT2. You can join for as much or as little as you like.

About the event
Naomi won three World golds and a silver, and an Olympic bronze and a gold, between 2008 and 2012. She is back doing 45-minutes steady state this afternoon in a session that starts at 2pm, and you can join her for as much or as little of it as you want.
