Double-winning Blue Matthew Parish was once only ever talked about with the words 'best oarsman of his generation' in paranthesis, but these days, with his son Ollie taking his old six seat in this year's winning Cambridge Blue Boat, he's struggling to be the best oarsman in his family! He's kindly offered to sub in for the absent Sir Matthew Pinsent this week, and will do 31 minutes of work sandwiched between a 5-minute warm up and 5-minute warm-down, starting at 7.45am. The work phase is 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute pieces with 2 mins rest, starting gently at rate 20, up 2 pips for each piece.
