About the event
A morning workout before the office. 7am UK time, Thursdays. This week it's a good old “back to basics session” !
5-6’ warm up and a short briefing, then 4x8’ with 2’ rest, with progressive intensity. Do part of it if you're short on time, or do it as one whole piece and continue rowing during the breaks.
Short cooldown with stroke deconstruction.
