Join Olympic silver medallist Jess Eddie, who was in the VIII in Rio, as she does 12km on her ergo in steps: 4km @ 18, 2km @20, 2km @22, 2km @20, and 2km @22. The workout should las around 45 minutes, and you can join for as much or as little as suits you.
