This is a BEAST of a PYRAMID ERG workout | 10min Warm-up | 3min Stretch | 7 x 5min Sets - SR20/22/24/26/24/22/20.
Target a split on the 'way up' the pyramid and hold it across increasing time intervals | Match those splits on the way back down the pyramid
Each SET is 15sec firm/45secs lite : 30sec firm/30sec lite : 45firm/15lite : 60firm/60lite = 5mins. Reverse 28/26/24/22 : 60firm : 15lite/45firm : 30/30 : 45lite/15firm : 6o secs lite.
Followed by a cooldown of Stroke deconstruction and stretches.
