About the Event

Pete Reed is an rowing titan, having won gold medals at three different Olympic games and been World Champion five times. Since suffering a spinal stroke whihc left him parlaysed from the chest down, he has also been an inspiration to those who have been following his recovery on Twitter. He will be on a ski erg doing 35 minutes of low intensity work while talking about the importance of this sort of training for anyone in a fitness regime. The session is timed to catch people after work, and for those in the US who may be able to join while on a lunch. break.
