Tuesday 15th March, 6.15pm - with the Molesey Leg-Ends

The Molesey Leg-Ends Tuesday workout. Host tonight is David Dix with Adrian Ellison. Work is 15 mins, twice, with 4' rest. Each 15' is continuous but divided into 3 x 5 min blocks, done as 2.5 mins at r20 then 22,24,26,28 & open rate for each consecutive 30 secs to the end of the 5 mins.

About the event

Tuesday night workout hosted by the Molesey Leg-Ends, a group of ex internationals, Boat Racers and Henley winners committed to staying fit and having fun doing it.  Warm up from 6:15 for a 6:30 prompt start. Host tonight is David Dix with Adrian Ellison. Work is 15 mins, twice, with 4' rest. Each 15' is continuous but divided into 3 x 5 min blocks, done as 2.5 mins at r20 then 22,24,26,28 & open rate for each consecutive 30 secs to the end of the 5 mins.
