About the event
Naomi won six World golds and a silver, and an Olympic bronze and a gold, between 2008 and 2012. Today she is going to do 40 minutes steady state in a session that starts at 4pm, at low intensity and focusing on technique. You can join her for as much or as little of it as you want.
