About the event

Clare Holman is the face of British Rowing's Online workouts, and she is leading sessions based on Cam Buchan's training plan to get people ready for the British Rowing Indoor Championships on 4th December. This Go Row Indoor workout is 10 x 500m reps as part of a row circuit coupled with some off-machine resistance exercises. No equipment (other than a rowing machine) needed!
