ZE super-sub Matt Parish is stepping in today for the Girl on the River. The double-winning Blue and former Olympian will be doing a 40-minute session, split as 2x20mins at low intensity with short bursts included. It will include visualisation of the Head of the Charles. .

About the event
Matt Parish rowed at 6 in the winning Cambridge Blue Boats of 1994 and 1995, before going on to represent GB at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He is subbing in today for the Girl on the River. Work is a 40-minute session, split as 2x20mins at low intensity with short bursts included. It will include visualisation of the Head of the Charles.
