Join Naomi Riches MBE, who won gold in the LTA mixed coxed four at London 2012, following bronze in Beijing in 2008, for a light session with technical focuses. She'll row 8K.

About the event
Naomi won six World golds and a silver, and an Olympic bronze and a gold, between 2008 and 2012. Today she is going to do 8K steady state in a session that starts at 3pm, at low intensity and focusing on technique. You can join her for as much or as little of it as you want.
