About the event
Mark Thomson twice rowed for Goldie in the early 1990s, in addition to winning a medal for GB at junior level, and subsequently winning the Ladies Plate at Henley. Inspired by Zoom Ergos to get back to former levels of fitness, he is hosting a series of steady workouts from his home in Perth, Australia. He will do 2 x 18mins + 2min stretch and drink, and then 20 min to finish. Join him for as much of it as you wish.
