About the event

Tuesday night workout hosted by the Molesey Leg-Ends, a group of ex internationals, Boat Racers and Henley winners committed to staying fit and having fun doing it.  Warm up from 6:15 for a 6:30 prompt start. Host is Matt Brittin with Adrian Ellison and the work is 2x15 mins pyramids with 5 mins rest between, each piece 4/3/2/1/2/3 min from rate 22 to 28 back to 24
