Gillian Lindsay, World Champion in the double in Cologne in 1998 and silver medallist in the quad at the Sydney Olympics in 2000, is leading a Tuesday evening session. This week it is 8x500m, starting at rate 24 and building to rate 30. Two sets at each rate.
