About the Event

A ROWFIT session delivered by rowing coach/PT Rob Mayes, for those looking for something a bit different. This is a fitness session that uses a rowing machine, rather than a straight rowing workout.

Full body workout combining exercise on and off the machine

45 min session (Please join this session from the start)

The workout

12 mins continuous rowing. 1 min on 1 min off

1 min - sprinting

1 min - steady state.

CORE - 5 mins

Circuit block.

4 x 4 min intervals.

2 mins rowing (rate increases each interval)

10 Goblet squats (increasing by 2 reps each interval)

10 press ups
