Row some Henley records: Start to Finish (5'53, Australia 2018); Start to Fawley (2'52, Romania 2018); and Start to the Barrier (1'42, Australia 2018)), alongside Mossbourne Rowing Academy & London Youth Rowing. 1-minute break between each. Splits: your 2K+8 seconds, 2K+4seconds, & 2K pace.

About the event
Tom Wilkinson is Head Coach at Mossbourne Rowing Academy, part of the London Youth Rowing programme. Join him and a number of his young squad for an evening session where they do three pieces visualising Henley: start to the finish is 2112m, start to Fawley is 1047m, and start to the Barrier is 637m. Three pieces, with a minute off in between. They'll be doing them as timed pieces, sitting on the Henley record for the Grand Challenge Cup, so that everyone starts and finishes together. So that's 5'53; 2'52, and 1'42. Split targets are 2K split + 8seconds, 2K split + 4seconds, and 2K split.
