A 45 minute yoga class with movements to mobilise your whole body, designed specifically for rowers with a focus on stretching and stabilising. Kara has taught yoga to rowers for over 10 years.

About the event

Yoga for Rowers, led by Kara Wirt Wednesday 18th May 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start - 7.15pm

Kara has taught yoga to rowers for over 10 years and is experienced as a rower, cox and coach.

This session is in partnership with The Big Row, Love Rowing’s annual fundraiser.

This 45 minute yoga class will include movements to mobilise your whole body, designed specifically for rowers with a focus on stretching and stabilising. We will start with some body awareness exercises and move into a mobility flow, before slowing down to some relaxing stretches. After class you can expect to feel strong, supple and calm. All levels welcome!
