The workout

Block 1

6 x 2 min intervals 1 min rest.

Block 2

Core

Block 3

E3MOM (every 3 mins on the min). Rest is what ever time remains.

10(5/5) x Alt reverse lunges

10 x butterfly sit ups

10/5 press ups

X 5 rounds.
