Judith Packer & Di Binley are virtually rowing the River Thames Row from Sea to Source, going upriver because life is a bit like rowing against the stream sometimes! Today is Greenwich (Royal Naval College & The Cutty Sark), London Bridge (HQ of Tideway Tunnel), Tower RNLI Lifeboat Station at Waterloo Bridge, passing Houses of Parliament and many Bridges to Putney Bridge. 10' warm up / 5' stretch / 30' UT2 with narrative / 10' cool down and stretch
