Join our regular Wednesday Warriors squad to spur you on for whatever your personal challenge is or simply motivation of rowing with others.
Session opens 7:15am for your own personal warm up & checking in. 4x4' with 1' off between each from 7:30am, followed by 10 min stretching to set you up for the day : we’ll be taking tips from @lucyhartnaturalphysio2532 recordings on YouTube too.
