7:15am for 7.30am prompt start, finish by 8am: Pot Hunting (14 August – 4th Sept)
A regatta style work out for a bit of fun.
Memories of the Olympics and warm up for The Big Row 5th and 8th September 2024
10 min work, 2min rest (Warm up)
2 min work, 2 min rest (First round, running start, sort of time trial)
2 min work, 2 min cooldown (race 1)
2 min work, 2 min cooldown (race 2)
5min-10min stretch and cool down.
