Another chance to row the 5K Berwick Long distance Sculls virtually, this time with Di Binley in the cox's seat as Judith Packer leads the rowing. It's a 10min warm up, followed by 20min work.

Nestled on the north bank of the River Tweed under the shadow of the Royal Tweed Bridge and Berwick Bridge, Berwick Amateur Rowing Club (TD15 1AR) is England’s most Northerly Rowing Club (www.berwickarc.co.uk). The Berwick Long Distance Sculls was sadly cancelled in Oct 2021, but row the course virtually this morning, with Judith Packer leading the rowing and DI Binley talking you over the course.

5min: land based mobilisation
10 min putting boat into the water & warm up paddle to West Ord
5 min: rest & marshalling – looking up to Horncliffe.
20 min: West Ord back to Royal Tweed Bridge: 5k Berwick Long Distance Sculls
