7:15am for 7.30am prompt start, finish by 8am: 20min steady state
Some of our Wednesday group have been doing the Row the Nile challenge on Inside Indoor - Powered by British Rowing
Join them for part of their 600 mile row along their virtual River Nile Row. Having started early 2024 North of Cairo, hopefully they will be well on track to reach the end at the Aswan Dam by the end of the year, and will be grateful for your company as they paddle through the miles!
