About the event
Inspired by the Junior Inter-Regionals and BUCS Regattas, Judith and Di are doing their Virtual Regatta Express series
using clubs and regattas along the River Severn as their backdrop and including a couple of Multi-Lane venues during the 8 weeks. The series culminates in a Henley Course Row on Wed 15th June.
Work will be 4 x 5min races, 3 min rest, preceded by a 10 min warm up.
Each week we will build up the ratings & pressures, optimise our race warm ups & practice racing starts.
Join for as much or as little as you wish.
