A ROWFIT session delivered by rowing coach/PT Rob Mayes, for those looking for something a bit different. This is a fitness session that uses a rowing machine, rather than a straight rowing workout.

6 x 2 min intervals 1 min rest.
Block 2
Core
Block 3
E3MOM (every 3 mins on the min). Rest is what ever time remains.
