About the event
The Love Rowing Big Row and Junior Bursary is this month's ZE Charity of the Month. City of Bristol Junior Coach Lara Pierpoint joins Judith Packer for the first virutal row of the new season. Setting off from the boathouse at Albiion Dockside (BS1 6TR) in the centre of Bristol, Lara will describe the sights and sounds as we row through the harbour and city as we hear more about the project.
Gentle mobilisation, then 4x5' with 2' rest.
