Judith Packer & Di Binley are virtually rowing the River Thames Row from Sea to Source, going upriver because life is a bit like rowing against the stream sometimes! Today is Maidenhead, Marlow – with a shout out to Naomi Riches http://www.thegreatthamesrow.org/ in 2016 and various umpires and launch drivers who drove the supporting boat - Henley, Caversham, Wallingford and on to the Source. 10' warm up / 5' stretch / 30' UT2 with narrative / 10' cool down and stretch
